For Customers who require a very fast turnaround, we offer our Fastrack Service. For more information, please inquire within. Fastrack is a Cell created for "Quickturn", "Prototype" and "Pre-production". This Cell contains all the equipment and manpower to manufacture a part from start to finish. Among many other machines, the Fastrack Cell is equipped with an state of the Art "Apelio". The Apelio is a turret punchpress/laser combination machine that virtually eliminates timely tool set-up. The Fastrak Cell is staffed with highly skilled professionals and a Champion that sees the job through from the start to ship. Fastrack jobs are quoted within 2–8 hours, planned within 3 hours and moved directly to the Fastrack Programmer. The job will cycle through the Fastrack Cell within 8 hours after it is scheduled to hit the floor. Jobs that require outside finishing processes such as zinc, anodize, nickel, passivate, and electropolish will be turned around in 24 hours. All painting and silk-screening is done in house and will also be completed in 24-hours. We charge a premium of 30% for the Fastrack Service. This premium charged covers the costs associated a 30% premium we pay our outside process vendors and the overtime that will be required by the Fastrack personnel in order to complete the job on time. Please note: The turn around time depends on the complexity of the part, type of outside process and type of material.  |
